It is our firm intention to serve you only fresh fish.
After many years in the restaurant business we have concluded that this is only possible by offering a limited but constantly changing choice and disolaying it on the blackboard. Please be assured, therefore, that you can order any fish dish from our selection with every confidence that you will be served only the best fresh fish available on that day. At extra busy times we could well have no fish choices available and for this we apologise in advance.
Although many restaurants do not adhere to our policy we hope that you will appreciate this standpoint
